The TEP contact temperature transmitters are specially designed for installation on pipes in heating and cooling systems. You can easily attach the Sensor to the pipe with an adjustable strap.
The transmitter provides information that you can use to control other devices in the HVAC system. A Pt1000 sensing element measures the temperature and converts the resistance information into a 0…10 V signal, which is also available via modbus. During commissioning, you can select the temperature range.
You can adjust the transmitter settings with the ML-SER tool.
