The next-generation Produal Proxima® solution delivers reliable wireless measurements for a wide range of applications — from building automation to environmental monitoring and IoT.
The wireless Produal Proxima® is one of the first battery-powered wireless MESH systems. Each transmitter also functions as a repeater, eliminating the need for external repeater units in the network. By leveraging the latest innovations in wireless technology, the Produal MESH network ensures extremely reliable operation, even in the most challenging RF environments. For applications where speed is critical, an external power supply option enables operation with minimal latency.
The wireless Proxima base unit (WBU) is the heart of the Produal MESH network and supports up to 100 wireless transmitters for a wide range of measurements and options, including temperature, humidity, CO2, occupancy, and the implementation of a wireless room interface. There are also products that convert digital contacts, NTC10 temperature sensors, and 0–10 V inputs into wireless messages, providing near-unlimited application possibilities.
The WBU is the base station for wireless Produal Proxima® MESH network transmitters and input modules. Transmitter data can be read via Modbus or via the six analogue outputs. The base unit supports both Modbus RTU and Modbus TCP.

In the event of an interruption, the system simply reroutes signals via operational nodes, ensuring a stable connection at all times.
