In 2024, Produal acquired the Finnish family-owned company HK Instruments. HK Instruments develops accurate and user-friendly measurement equipment including pressure transmitters and CO2 controllers for HVAC applications in ventilation and building automation systems. Produal and HK Instruments have a long history of supporting energy-efficient and functional building environments.

HK Instruments provides measurement equipment for HVAC installations, mainly focused on applications within ventilation and building management. Produal also offers wireless, BACnet and Modbus controllers, transmitters and other field components. Both brands have been part of one organization since 2024.
