FAQ
Is the actuator suitable for installation in any orientation?
All in all, the patented seal provides IP54 protection, allowing you to install the actuator in 360°, including upside down.
What does the “First-Open” function mean?
If the actuator is NC, it opens automatically when voltage is applied for the first time. This enables system heating before electrical connection.
Can you synchronize with a leaking valve?
Yes, thanks to 100% leakage protection, you prevent unwanted leakage and maintain reliable operation.
Which stroke lengths are available?
You can choose from 4, 5, or 6.5 mm, so the actuator fits virtually all valve brands.
Are there 24 V and 230 V variants?
On the one hand, there are 24 V AC/DC versions; on the other hand, there are 230 V AC versions with surge protection.
