Description
CDT2000 Multifunctional CO2 transmitter for building automation systems
Air quality transmitters from the CDT series are designed for building automation systems in the HVAC/R industry. The CDT series measures carbon dioxide (CO2) using the industry-standard NDIR measuring principle and temperature (T). Optional relative humidity (rH) measurement is also available on the same device. Devices from the CDT series are available with a large touchscreen display, making device configuration quick and easy.
The CDT2000 series transmitters automatically self-calibrate using ABC LogicTM. ABC LogicTM requires the room in which the transmitter is used to be unoccupied for four hours per day, so that the indoor CO2 concentration drops to the outdoor level. The CDT2000-DC is a dual-channel model with a measuring channel and a reference channel that continuously compares and adjusts accordingly. The CDT2000-DC is also suitable for buildings that are in continuous use.
Features of the CDT series:
• Separate field-configurable output for each measurement parameter (CO2, rH, T)
• Proportional output options, including: voltage (0–10 V, 2–10 V) and current (4–20 mA)
• Offset function for field calibration for each measurement parameter (CO2, rH, T)
• Time extension button that allows ventilation to be manually increased via the touchscreen display (relay models)
Available options for the CDT2000 series :
• 2” x 3” touchscreen display
• Field-configurable relay for one of the three parameters
• modbus configuration
