Description
Differential pressure switch 0-3500 Pa with illuminated display, 24V. Supplied with 2 m hose and 2 nipples
Description CPS-D-SW
CPS-D-SW is designed for monitoring differential pressure in ventilation systems.
Pressure switch CPS-D-SW features an integrated differential pressure element that is temperature compensated for HIGH accuracy and linearity. The pressure element has a HIGH resolution, meaning the pressure value is displayed in steps of max. 1 Pa across the entire measurement range (0-3500 Pa).
The desired function and range are set on a backlit screen. The relay output can be configured to activate when the pressure is above or below the setpoint. You can also choose whether the relay output should close or open. The damping of the measured value is selectable in three modes: 3, 10, and 20 seconds averaging. Hysteresis setting and zero calibration of the pressure element are also performed on the display.
In the basic mode of the display, the current measured value, setpoint, and current mode of the relay (closed or open) are shown. If the relay is activated, the backlight of the display blinks and HIGH PR. or LOW PR. is displayed depending on the current setting.
CPS-D-SW is factory set as an overpressure switch with a setpoint of 300 Pa. The relay is in NO mode (normally open) when the pressure is below the setpoint and the average damping is set to 3 seconds.
The terminal block and cable port of the housing (with a pre-mounted M16 cable gland) can be removed for easier installation. The cover of the housing is hinged at the top, has a snap closure at the bottom, and hooks to hold the cover in the raised position.
Installation
CPS-D-SW is mounted on the wall with the hose connections facing downwards.
Supplied with 2 m hose and 2 nipples.
