Explosion-proof differential pressure sensors ΔP for Zone 1, 2, 21 and 22
The ExCos-P-7500 is an extremely accurate and reliable differential pressure sensor specially designed for use in explosive environments. This sensor is certified according to ATEX and IECEx and may be used in Zone 1, 2 (gas) and Zone 21, 22 (dust).
Thanks to the measuring range of ±7,500 Pa, 24 VAC/DC power supply and a selectable output (0–10 V or (0)4–20 mA), the ExCos-P-7500 is particularly versatile for demanding industrial processes.
The robust IP66 enclosure with integrated Ex-e terminal box, backlight display and intuitive three-button operation ensures safe, simple and fast installation. Stainless steel and offshore variants are optionally available, specially developed for aggressive or humid environments such as chemicals, offshore, petrochemicals and power plants.

The sensor complies with the ATEX and IECEx directives and may be used in zones 1 & 2 (gas) and 21 & 22 (dust).
Can the output be set locally?
Yes, you can easily choose between 0–10 V or (0)4–20 mA via the internal display menu. The direction of the output signal can also be adjusted.
Is the ExCos-P-7500 suitable for outdoor or offshore installations?
Absolutely. With IP66 protection and optional offshore or stainless steel housing, the sensor is suitable for harsh and humid environments.
What is the smallest adjustable measuring range?
The sensor supports a minimum measuring range of 20% of the full range, so 1,500 Pa for this model.
